This workshop will inform new and existing real estate agents on the importance of understanding the process of obtaining Termite Re-treat and/or Repair Guarantees

Course Objectives:        

1) Educate new and existing real estate agents on exactly what Termite Bonds entail

2) Help new and existing real estate agents protect their clients from great financial loss from termite damage

 3) Assist new and existing real estate agents in understanding the difference in termite bonds

 4) Review images of homes, termites and termite damages
